Norway to End Occupation of Minnesota; Local Populace Outraged

The Government of Norway has announced plans to close its consulate in Minnesota, a move that has met with outrage among Norwegian colonists, er, uhm, Minnesotans. Norway says it's a cost-cutting move, but that the consulates in New York, San Francisco, and Houston (?!) will remain open. About 17% of Minnesota's population is of Norwegian descent.
