Media outlets are reporting that the Government's Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command has identified the remains of an airman lost in the Sierra Nevada 60 years ago.
The reported identification, which has not yet been acknowledged by the military, brings closure to a family in Brainerd, Minn. Read the story here.
